Vajrāsana
Kneel and sit back on the heels. The one posture allowed straight after eating.
How to do it
Kneel with the shins together and sit back onto the heels, spine upright and hands resting on the thighs. Put a cushion between the hips and heels if the ankles or knees complain. This is the one posture traditionally allowed straight after a meal — five quiet minutes is plenty.
SeatedSit upright in the chair, feet flat, hands on the thighs.

Not after knee or ankle replacement. Come out at any numbness in the feet.
The engine already leaves this out of your practice if your profile flags joint replacement.

There's no button here to start this. Your practice is prescribed each morning — that's what keeps the dose honest.
