Trikoṇāsana
Wide stance, reach long before you reach down. Open the chest skyward.
How to do it
Step the feet wide, turn the front foot out and keep both legs straight but not locked. Reach long over the front leg first, then lower the hand to the shin or a block — the chest should stay open to the side, not roll toward the floor. Hold five breaths each side.
SeatedSeated, one hand to the thigh, side-bend and open the top arm.

Take care
Rest the hand higher up the leg rather than forcing it down. Skip if you have neck problems — keep the gaze forward instead of up.
Not sure whether it suits you? Ask a Vaidya.
There's no button here to start this. Your practice is prescribed each morning — that's what keeps the dose honest.
