Supta Baddha Koṇāsana
On your back, soles together, knees falling open. Support them if they hang.
How to do it
Lie back with the soles of the feet together and the knees falling open, and put a cushion under each thigh if the knees hang unsupported. Rest one hand on the belly and one on the chest and stay for six minutes. The knees should feel held, never stretched.
SeatedSeated, soles together on a low stool, leaning back into the chair.

Take care
Always support the thighs if the knees hang. Late in pregnancy, prop the torso up rather than lying flat.
