Curl the tongue, sip the air in cool, breathe out through the nose.
How to do it
Curl the sides of the tongue into a tube and let the tip rest just past the lips. Sip air in slowly through the curl, then close the mouth and breathe out through the nose. If you can't curl your tongue, press it flat behind the front teeth and draw the air across it instead.
