How to do it

Stand up, roll the shoulders backward five times, then let the head fall slowly ear-to-ear twice on each side. Finish with twenty slow squats, using the chair behind you as a target to touch. Three minutes total — and it holds your streak for the day.

SeatedNeck unwind and seated twists — stay in the chair.

The sequence

3 steps
  1. 1Shoulder rollsFive backward, five forward, standing.
  2. 2Neck releaseEar toward shoulder, hold three breaths each side.
  3. 3Chair squatsTwenty slow squats, touching the seat each time.

What it does

Three minutes that stop a missed day from becoming a missed week.

When you'll be given it

Offered as a movement snack, never as the day's dose.

Where it comes from

Modern practice — no classical source. We'd rather say so than invent a citation.

Take care

Hold the desk for balance on the squats if you need to. Nobody is watching.

Not sure whether it suits you? Ask a Vaidya.

There's no button here to start this. Your practice is prescribed each morning — that's what keeps the dose honest.
