Humming breath. Cover the ears, let the sound be low and long.
How to do it
Sit upright, close the ears with the thumbs and rest the fingers lightly over the eyes. Breathe in through the nose, then hum on one low steady note for the entire out-breath. Make each round quieter and longer rather than louder.
